German Alexander Zverev, who is ranked as the world’s seventh best tennis player, receives serious accusations against him from his ex-girlfriend.
The tennis star was for several years with Russian Olga Sharipova, who in a new Instagram post accuses Zverev of having exposed her to violence.

Sharipova does not mention Zverev by name in the Instagram post, but confirms to the Russian magazine Championat that it’s the tennis star in question.

In the interview with Championat, Sharipova says the following about the background for the alleged violence:
– That day I went with Daria Medvedeva (wife of tennis star Daniil Medvedev) and a friend. We lingered a bit, and Sasha (Zverev) got very angry because of it.

She goes on to say that she first hid in the hotel, but that Zverev came after her and found her.

On Thursday night, Zverev responded to the accusations on social media.

Expecting children with another item
The accusations come shortly after another of Alexander Zverev’s ex-girlfriends appeared in the German newspaper image and said that she is pregnant with the tennis star, but that she plans to raise the child alone.
The German has also addressed these statements in the same Twitter post.
– The last few days have been the challenges for me. I will be a father at the age of 23. I am very much looking forward to the baby coming. Zverev reached his first Grand Slam final in the US Open this year, where he lost to Austrian Dominic Thiem.
