8 New Indonesian National Team Players Start Against Timor Leste? Shin Tae-yong apologizes

BOLASPORT.COM – Indonesian National team will face East Timor in the FIFA Matchday match at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, Bali, Thursday (27/1/2022).

Ahead of that match, coach Indonesian National team, Shin Tae-yong, conveyed an apology.

The apology was delivered Shin Tae-yong because he couldn’t confirm whether the eight new players in Indonesian National team will be deployed from the start in the match against East Timor.

according to Shin Tae-yong, it became part of the strategy that he could not reveal in public.

As known, Shin Tae-yong called 27 players Indonesian National team to face East Timor.

Of the 27 names, one player canceled, namely Elkan Baggott because he was still in England.

The remaining 26 players will face Timor Leste in two matches, namely 27 and 30 January 2022.

Of the 26 players, eight of them are new faces in the Indonesian national team squad, the rest are players who defended the Garuda squad in the 2020 AFF Cup.
