Alejandra Villa explained that every day they give 50 to 100 vaccinesand that the majority of people who attend are elderly, followed by the population of 20 to 59 years old.

75% of the doses they apply are to combat Covid with the Abdala vaccine, from Cuba, of which the federal government acquired two million 851 thousand doses for the 2023-2024 National Winter Vaccination Campaign.

“I brought my mother, taking advantage of the fact that it is closer to us here than the clinic and I can bring her in the car. She has gotten the (Covid) vaccine every year since the pandemic, she gave it once, but to better prevent she continues to get vaccinated,” explained Sandra, who brought her 73-year-old Mrs. Alberta to be vaccinated, from Colonia Huentitán. .

In the case of HPV vaccines, since they are intended for a target population limited to girls and adolescents, they are the least requested doses; the rest go to request reagents against influenza.
