It was Joni Mitchell’s first performance in seven years and the first full concert in over twenty years.
Last year Joni Mitchell celebrated the 50th anniversary of her fourth album “Blue”. The album is considered the absolute masterpiece of the Canadian singer-songwriter with songs such as “A case of you” and “This flight tonight”.
Seven years ago, Mitchell suffered a brain aneurysm. The widening in the wall of the artery of the brain can lead to a cerebral hemorrhage. Her condition was very serious and she had to relearn everything. Walking is still difficult, but she can still sing.
