Previously, one of the angkot drivers in Hunuth, Ambon, Maluku, Karim said using this application would make their work more difficult. Moreover, now his income is uncertain because it depends on the number of passengers.
The drivers also think that this policy is actually a hassle, especially for those who don’t have a smart phone.

Karim’s comments responded to the socialization of the use of MyPertamina by Pertamina Patra Niaga, Maluku Sub Holding Commercial and Trading, for four-wheeled vehicles in Ambon.
“I think this is difficult, troublesome, not facilitating the purchase of fuel at gas stations,” Karim quoted him as saying BetweenFriday (8/7).
So that angkot drivers can buy subsidized fuel that can be accessed only through the MyPertamina application, here are seven recommendations for Rp. 1 million cell phones for angkot drivers.
1. Redmi 10A
A technology manufacturer from China, Xiaomi, has officially released the Redmi 10A smartphone, an entry-level phone that is priced at IDR 1 million. Redmi 10A is equipped with dual cameras on the back of the cellphone. While on the Redmi 9A there is only one camera.
The dual camera on the Redmi 10A is 13MP in size, with a 2MP bokeh lens which is claimed to produce relatively good quality shots. On the front there is a 5MP camera.
Redmi 10A has a 6.53″ HD + screen and is equipped with a Sunlight display. This phone is also equipped with a finger print on the back of the phone, and there is an AI face unlock feature or face detection to unlock the screen.
The battery has a capacity of 5,000 mAh and is claimed to last a full day. Charging has got the device 10W.
Xiaomi also offers a warranty on this phone of up to 15 months, to prevent things beyond the user’s fault. The price of the Xiaomi Redmi 10A starts from Rp. 1,499,000 for the 3GB/32GB variant, and Rp. 1,599,000 for the 3GB/64GB variant.
2. Samsung Galaxy A03
Samsung released the Galaxy A03 mobile phone in the domestic market in January 2022. This phone is priced at Rp. 1 million with a number of specifications that are quite suitable for the contents of the wallet.
Galaxy A03 is equipped with a 6.5-inch HD + screen, using a PLS IPS panel with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels with a screen ratio of 20: 9. At the top of the screen there is a 5MP selfie camera housing that forms a V.
However, this phone is not equipped with a protective layer of Gorillaglass screen that can protect the screen from damage.
Moving to the back, this phone is equipped with two cameras with a 48MP main lens and a 2MP depth lens.
For memory matters, there are two RAM/ROM variants that customers can choose from, namely 3/32 GB and 4/64 GB, where each variant is also equipped with external memory with a capacity of up to 1 TB.
It is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery which is claimed to be able to make video calls all day and listen to music for 3 days.
Samsung offers three color options namely Blue, Black, Red. The retail recommendation price is currently IDR 1,559 million for a 3/32GB capacity and IDR 1,799 million for a 4/64GB capacity.
3. Oppo A15
In Indonesia, the Oppo A15 is sold at a price of Rp. 1.9 million. This device has a 6.52-inch screen.
This phone comes with a main camera that carries a 13 MP sensor. Coupled with a 2 MP Macro camera, users can also take photos with the closest distance of 4 centimeters. While the front camera of the Oppo A15 has an 8MP sensor.
On the hardware side, the OPPO A15 comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB. The HP is equipped with a Mediatek Helio P35 processor.
