A dishwasher is not just a way to clean dirty dishes, it can also be used to clean many other things in the home more effectively than traditional cleaning methods.
In this article, we will review a group of things that can be put in the dishwasher:
1. Bathroom and kitchen mixers:
If you plan to clean mixer handles and shower caps to remove residues of fumes, soap and residue, you can easily put them in the dishwasher for a few minutes and get perfect cleaning results that will leave them looking like new.
2. Plastic children’s toys:
Collect stray plastic toys, place them in a plastic mesh inside the dishwasher, then run a regular cleaning cycle. The washing machine will clean and sterilize the toys, making them safer for your children.
3. Some kitchen appliances:
Make sure to clean various kitchen appliances such as the hood, faucet filter, refrigerator water racks, and iron stove holders on a weekly basis by placing them in the dishwasher.
4. Kitchen sponge:
Clean and sterilize your dishwashing sponge and get rid of any remaining dirt after removing grease by placing it in the dishwasher for a few minutes. You can place it between dishes or install it on the top rack of the washing machine to prevent it from sliding or getting damaged during the wash cycle.
5. Pet food dishes:
You can wash pet utensils and light utensils in the dishwasher for the best cleaning and sterilization, and to get rid of harmful bacteria and germs accumulated on them.
6. Makeup tools:
If you are having difficulty cleaning your makeup tools and brushes properly, you can collect them and put them in the dishwasher.
