2. Fast Food (Fast Food)

Michiko explained fast food can make people feel bloated and tired. These foods are also high in salt, trans fat and distant fat. In the end it can increase levels of bad cholesterol Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) in the blood.

So avoid consuming fast food. You can replace it by eating tofu, as Michiko suggests.

4. Cereal or Sweet Breakfast

For some people prefer a simple breakfast with cereal using milk. Unfortunately, cereals contain a lot of sugar and eventually lead to problems with blood pressure, weight gain, increased inflammation and diabetes.

You can eat natto or Japanese-style fermented soybeans for breakfast. If it doesn’t suit your tongue, you can eat healthy foods like arem-arem or porridge.

Although they contain calcium and protein, not all cheeses provide health benefits. Michiko gave an example of cream cheese only providing 5 grams of protein and 1 ounce can consist of 27 milligrams of cholesterol.

Cheese can be replaced with a Japanese favorite aroma jam called Kinako. This jam is made from soybean flour and sesame paste.

6. Candy

Everyone’s favorite snack has too much sugar. Candies also contain corn starch, which can harm the heart and brain.

But you can eat sweets like dark chocolate once in a while. Because these foods contain lots of antioxidants to prevent disease. If you want to eat something sweet, you can eat pudding, honey, frozen bananas, or unsweetened dark chocolate.
