5 Facts about Cows Falling in the Sewer in Front of the Vice President’s House Gegara Shock

Residents of Jl Lorong 41 Koja, North Jakarta Shocked by a cow weighing almost a tonne that fell into a sewer. Moreover, the sewer is the sewer in front of the house of Vice President Ma’ruf Amin.

The incident occurred on Friday (8/7), at 15:37 WIB. Residents have tried to evacuate the cow, but failed. Finally, they reported to the fire brigade (Damkar).

“It weighs approximately 900 kilograms, I don’t know the type. I don’t think the limousine is yet,” said Head of RT 07 Malawi Makhraj (53) as reported by BetweenSaturday (9/7/2022).

Here are the facts about the cow falling in the gutter in front of the vice president:

1) Not Ma’ruf’s

The cow was unloaded in front of Ma’ruf Amin’s house to provide distance to the Baitul Huda Musala so it wouldn’t be far from there.

Makhraj said the cows belonged to residents for residents of RT 07 RW 08 Koja Sub-district which were planned to be slaughtered by the sacrificial committee from the Baitul Huda Musala.

“It happened around 15.30 WIB. The cow belongs to residents of RT 07, for RT 07 around it every year,” said Malawi.

2) Stressed Cow

Head of North Jakarta Fire Operations Division Abdul Wahid said that the cow fell down in the gutter. According to him, cows are stressed.

“So the cow was unloaded in front of the Vice President’s house. Well, there are only a lot of people who flock like that because the cows are big. Now the cows are stressed because they see a crowd like that,” said Abdul, Saturday (9/7/2022).

“Stress, run, get out of hand, into that gutter,” he said.
