“4th edition of “Adopt Me Olavarría” to take place this Sunday at Bicentennial Park”

Within the framework of the #AdoptionFriday campaign; The Food Science Department recalls that, after its rescheduling due to unfavorable weather conditions, the 4th edition of “Adopt me Olavarría” will take place this Sunday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., in the Bicentennial Park, more precisely on the Alte junction. Brown and Del Valle Av.

The event is organized by the Veterinary area of ​​said agency, together with associations and protectionist people from the city. The initiative is an invitation to raise awareness about the importance of adoption and responsible care of animals.

On this occasion, the possibility of adopting adult dogs that are on the Food Science property and that for various reasons have been abandoned and/or removed from public roads and that have been in that space for many years will be offered.

In addition, there will be the presence of the band “Las Rockerísticas”, an ensemble belonging to the municipal school of popular music, which offer a beautiful show for the whole family.

The initiative is sponsored by Vital Can, who will donate balanced food for all participating protectionist entities and for those people who adopt animals during the event.

It has free and open access, and you can voluntarily donate material for protectionists: blankets, pipettes, balanced food, leashes, collars and pre-clothes.
