The summer transfer window is officially open this Friday. And the file Sven Botman, which drives the LOSC market, could experience a boost in the coming days. It has an exit voucher and theAC Milan has been coveting him since the summer of 2021. The Lombard club would have already had discussions with the central defender’s agents in February. In addition, the latter would be inclined to join the Rossoneri in order to compete in the Champions League again, after his first experience with Lille this season. For its part, Newcastle United does not let go. After failing to lure the Dutchman to the Premier League in January, the English club have reportedly come back with a bigger offer. According to information from TMW, the Magpies’ new proposal is around €41m, i.e. €17m paid directly to LOSC upon signing and €24m payable over four years. Telegraph Incidentally, reports that Newcastle’s offer in January was €35m, half of which would be paid upon signing.
The new rich of the British championship is therefore ready to do anything to divert Sven Botman from AC Milan to which he was nevertheless promised, since president Olivier Létang confirmed that he has an exit voucher this summer. As a reminder, the 22-year-old back was retained last season, despite numerous requests.
