A total of 4,000 subpoenas have been mailed to individuals who have a pending case for crimes related to domestic violence.
Suspects must appear in municipal court on the day and date specified in the summons to avoid arrest.
The campaign will run from October 4-15, during Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
