Players
A total of 2,079 footballers got playing time in the league, with many more youngsters completing the teams’ missions in their matches.
Three footballers played in 34 matches, however some others are also wronged, who did not miss a game, but their team also had victories without a match.
The 22-year-old Nafplion goalkeeper of Panargeiakos Ilias Karargyris did not lose a single minute in his team’s 34 games. Vassilis Dimitropoulos, the 25-year-old defender of Kyanos Asteras Varis, did the same.
The 25-year-old midfielder of Erani Filiatron, Kyriakos Konstantopoulos, also played in 34, but he started as a starter in 32.
Changes
Christos Antoniou of Ethnikos was the player who was substituted the most times. He started as a starter in 27 games and in 25 of them he gave way to a teammate. Theodoros Bakas of Kyanos Asteras Varis played in 25 games and came on as a substitute in all of them – never earlier than 59′!
Young and old
The youngest who played was Apostolos Tsotsoulas. In the match against Svoronos in January, the Kastoria striker was 14 years, 1 month and 4 days old. A total of 13 children, who were not yet 15 years old, born in 2009, played.
The oldest who competed was Charalambos Brilakis. The defender of AO Pylios in the match against Thyella Rafina was 42 years, 5 months and 27 days old.
A total of eight footballers over the age of 40 played.
Small – big scorers
Christian Skourti of AE Mykonos made his debut on March 31 in the home game against Corinth. He managed to score at the age of 16 years, 2 months and 16 days and was one of only eight players to score before their 17th birthday.
Brilakis, in addition to participating, was also the oldest to score: in February, in the match AO Pylios – Paneigialios, he scored a goal when he was 42 years, 3 months and 8 days old. The next scorer in age was three years younger than Brilakis.
Referees
A total of 188 referees were used in the matches. Giorgos Alatsakis (Piraeus) and Giorgos Aslanidis (Pieria) were named in 15 games each.
Pitches
In 101 stadiums, games of the 3rd National Team were set, with most (22) being held at the stadium of Veria, since, apart from the team of the same name, the same stadium was also used by Alexander the Great of Agia Marina in some of his matches.
The scores
1-0 was the most frequent score, appearing 242 times, with 2-0 following with 182. The 162 appearances of 3-0 is a lot, as it also includes several nils.
The most goals (8) were scored in the matches Byzas – Paneleussiniakos 4-4 (23.04.2024) and Panionios – Ermis Zonianon 7-1 (05.12.2023).
