An act premeditated. On may 6, the firefighters of Anglet in the Pyrenees-Atlantiques received a call from a man informing them that two bodies would be found dead in an apartment in the city. Arrived quickly on site, the emergency services have in fact made a gruesome discovery: two people killed by a gun, a man 89 years old and an 83 year old female. It was he himself who had given the alert. As reported South Westit would be a “voluntary homicide followed by a suicide.” Information confirmed by the prosecutor of Bayonne. An investigation has been opened.
The alleged murderer has left a letter
On site, investigators also found a letter, written by the alleged murderer in which he state of ill-being of the couple, their state of health declining and the fact that they had never had children together. According to the prosecutor, it is not a question of a suicide, but a murder by a spouse. A major distinction, as set out in the the collective femicides by companion or ex: “We recall that the age, disease, or depression are not excuses, nothing justifies that it be shot as game. It is a #crimedepossession where the man provides for the right of life and death over his girlfriend.”
