According to the statement made by the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD), a shock of 3.8 magnitude was recorded at 02.56 on the Black Sea coast of Arnavutköy.

Kandilli Observatory reported that the magnitude of the earthquake that occurred in Istanbul was 4.1.
