During this day, 25 people were detained for violation of the mandatory confinement decreed by the measures of the state of emergency, which hardened during this Easter period, namely prohibiting the removal of the municipality from residence except for reasons of force majeure.
The total number of detainees since these measures were renewed, on April 3, thus rises to 99, reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs, almost totaling these nine days the number of arrests recorded during the first period of state of emergency (108) .
As for the arrests of this new period, “25 were for disobedience to the obligation of mandatory confinement, 45 for disobedience to the general duty of home collection, 2 for disobedience of interdiction of circulation outside the municipality during the Easter period, 11 for disobedience to the closure of establishments , 5 for resistance and 11 for violation of the Ovar sanitary fence ”.
Today, 15 stores were also closed, adding 263 stores closed since the 3rd due to non-compliance with the established rules.
These numbers are in addition to those seen in the first period of state of emergency, which ran from March 22 to April 2, where 108 arrests for crimes of disobedience were recorded and 1708 commercial establishments were closed.
