Application for subsidies for fertilizers 2023 – when to submit it?
As for applications for fertilizer subsidies in 2023, the recruitment has started June 12, 2023and it will end July 31, 2023 (Originally, it was supposed to be July 14, but the deadline was extended). According to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, applications submitted after July 31 will not be considered. Farmers therefore have relatively little time to obtain aid. In accordance with the rules of the program, the payment of funds must be made by the end of the year, i.e. by December 31, 2023.
The deadline for submitting documents is July 31, 2023, which is more than two weeks later than originally planned. On the other hand, in the case of the ePUAP, mObywatel and registered postal items, the date of sending the documents will be taken into account. ARMA.

How to apply for fertilizer subsidies 2023? Here are 4 methods
In the case of fertilizer subsidies 2023, the application can be submitted in four ways. Each farmer entitled to aid can choose the one that suits him best. The methods of submitting applications for subsidies are:
personal delivery to the office of the ARMA poviat office, sending to the office by registered post, online application submitted via e-PUAP, online application submitted via the mObywatel service on the gov.pl website.

The application is always submitted to the head of the ARMA poviat office competent for the applicant’s place of residence or registered office.
Filing a paper application
If you want to submit a traditional, paper application for fertilizer subsidies 2023, just follow a few simple steps.
Print the PDF application (download above). Complete the application as instructed. Attach to the application copies or duplicates of invoices (or personal accounting documents) confirming the purchase of fertilizers covered by subsidies. Submit the application in person at your ARMA poviat office or send it by registered post.
Please remember to submit or send the documents by July 14, 2023 at the latest.
Submitting an application via the e-PUAP platform
To apply for fertilizer subsidies online, you can use the e-PUAP platform. You can log in to it using a trusted profile, e-ID or access via electronic banking. To submit an application, please follow the steps below.
Go to epuap.gov.pl, select your preferred login method and log in. Create and complete a general letter to the office, indicating the appropriate addressee – in the “Select the office or institution to which you are submitting the letter” form, enter “Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture” and the selected poviat office, and then select the appropriate office from the drop-down list. Add the required attachments to the letter: completed application, invoices, etc. Click “Go to signature” and follow the instructions on the screen.
The date of submitting the application is considered to be the date of sending by e-PUAP.
In the case of submitting an application via the ePUAP platform or mObywatel services, in order for the application to be sent to the Agency’s poviat office competent for the place of residence or registered office of the agricultural producer, the data of this unit should be carefully indicated.
Submitting an application using the mObywatel application
The application for fertilizer subsidies 2023 can also be submitted online via mObywatel application. To log in to it, you must have a trusted profile, e-ID, access from electronic banking, a qualified certificate or the mObywatel mobile application. To submit an application, please follow the instructions below.
Go to mObywatel.gov.pl and log in with your preferred method. Select the “Catalogue of services”, and from there the option “General letter” and then “Send a general letter”. Enter the name of the appropriate ARMA poviat office and select it from the drop-down list. Choose the type of magazine, complete its title and content. Add the required attachments: completed application, invoices, etc. Click “Next” and then “Sign and send” and follow the on-screen instructions.
The date of submission of the application is considered to be the date of posting by the mObywatel application.

It should be remembered that when the application is submitted by an agricultural production cooperative or a farmers’ cooperative, not individual farmerslightly different rules apply.

It should be remembered that agricultural production cooperatives and farmers’ cooperatives may also apply for subsidies for fertilizers 2023. However, slightly different rules apply when completing and submitting the application.
According to ARMA, at the request of a cooperative, the maximum limit of 300 ha is determined as the product of this limit and the number of members of the cooperative, provided that within 3 years before submitting the application the cooperative underwent a lustration examinationreferred to in Art. 91 § 1 of the cooperative law. In such a situation, the cooperative:
declares in the application that it is applying for subsidies as a cooperative and applies for aid, taking into account the number of members (the number of members as at the date of submitting the application should be provided), the application is accompanied by a statement of the entity that conducted the lustration examination that the cooperative has undergone the examination.
It is worth remembering about this additional attachment, because without it the application will not be complete.
