20 minutes – Kramaric disgusted Roman Bürki and Lucien Favre

Football

Croatian striker TSV Hoffenheim quadrupled in less than fifty minutes on Saturday in Dortmund.

Secured of second place even before the 34th and last in the Bundesliga, Lucien Favre’s Borussia Dortmund, who has just been confirmed for a third season, ended his season at home against TSV Hoffenheim.

This last game of the season turned into a fiasco for the BVB, which lost heavily at home (0-4). And Hoffenheim’s success bears the mark of almost one man: the 29-year-old Croatian forward Andrej Kramaric.

Kramaric has indeed scored his team’s four goals. By scoring in the 8th, 30th, 48th and 50th minutes (the last goal on penalty), he made himself the author of a quadruple in 42 minutes flat. Less than half a time! Kramaric had scored eight goals throughout the season before this final game, and added four to his counter to finish in tenth place in the scorer ranking – certainly far from Robert Lewandowski (34).

Dortmund Swiss goalkeeper Roman Bürki and his teammates will certainly not have fond memories of this drop in curtain. Even less Andrej Kramaric!

Andrej Kramaric has every reason to rejoice.
