The World Health Organization (WHO) had already said that there was no evidence that the disease could be transmitted by these insects, which are however likely to carry malaria, dengue or other diseases when they bite humans. – But the latest study, carried out in collaboration with the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of the Veneto (IZSVe), an animal health research organization, demonstrated that the tiger mosquito or the common mosquito did not transmit Covid-19. – “Tests have shown that the virus, transmitted to mosquitoes by ingesting infected blood, has not been able to duplicate,” the institute said in a statement. It is therefore impossible for insects to transmit the virus through their bites. – (AFP) – Related posts:Dengue: 219 new cases confirmed from June 15 to 21Andalusia proposes the third dose of the Covid vaccine to people over 60NASA reveals the best night sky shows to watch in August9 prohibited foods when you have measles: ookzone healthShare this:FacebookX Related On World Drug Control Day … artists admitted to using it Kubo’s ‘no’ to Barça: “Does Madrid really want me?” Leave a Comment Cancel replyCommentName Email Website Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
