Viral video of female passenger Lion Air who complained that they could not fly from Jakarta to Bali even though they had arrived at the airport since dawn.
The two passengers were told by consumer service to buy new tickets.

Then there was another passenger who said that the flight hours were unilaterally advanced by Lion Air.
Lion Air Group through Corporate Communications Strategic Danang Mandala Prihantoro said the passenger used flight number JT-030 which serves the route from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang (CGK) to I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Denpasar in Badung, Bali (DPS) on Sunday (14/11).
Flight JT-030 is carried out according to the schedule departure time at 06.00 WIB (West Indonesia Time, GMT + 07).
“Lion Air flight JT-030 was well prepared according to flight operational procedures. The total reservation (booking the number of prospective passengers) was 201 people. On Sunday (14/11) the total passengers who checked-in were 199 people (2 people) did not report). Lion Air operates a Boeing 737-900ER with a capacity of 215 economy class seats.
