A 16-year-old girl from Rotterdam who is detained for stabbing to death 15-year-old Alice from Schiedam, is suspected of murder or manslaughter. She is in complete restriction, which means that she can only interact with her lawyer. Her custody has been extended by two weeks by the examining magistrate.
Alice was stabbed to death on Wednesday evening in a house on Mathenesserdijk in Rotterdam, where the suspect lived. A quarrel would have preceded, writes Rijnmond.
An acquaintance of the family states that the suspect was in love with Alice, but the prosecution does not want to say anything about the case in the interest of the investigation. Tonight there is a silent march in commemoration of Alice.
