13 December Robert Coppes Foundation Christmas Market in Vught

“Coppes Couleur”, the Robert Coppes Foundation daycare center for blind and visually impaired adults in Vught, will be holding a cozy Christmas market on Tuesday afternoon, December 13 from 2.00pm to 5.00pm at the Coppes Couleur daycare center at Helvoirtseweg 167 in Vught. All are welcome!

While enjoying a good glass of mulled wine, coffee or tea and freshly baked biscuits, visitors can see, hear and experience what beautiful things one can do and do if one has weak or poor eyesight.

Christmas shop
The objects made by the participants in the daytime activities are on sale in cosily decorated stalls. Think beautiful wooden serving boards, macrame plant hangers, birdhouses, paintings, Christmas decorations and more. Proceeds benefit projects and materials for daytime activities.

Mood music
The Color Band offers a variety of atmospheric shows during the Christmas market. This musical group is made up of eight clients of the Robert Coppes Foundation, all of whom are blind or visually impaired. The shows are scheduled from 14:00 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 16:00.

Events and information
At special information stands, visitors are informed about life with visual impairments, daytime activities, mobility and orientation, and other interesting topics. In addition, various tools are demonstrated and participants provide a guided tour upon request. There’s also plenty of room to answer questions about being blind or visually impaired.
