The municipal youth work at the Cham Office for Youth and Families is offering a trip to Bavaria Filmstadt Munich on Wednesday, April 5th, 2023 during the Easter holidays. There is the workshop “The Filming Classroom” and a guided tour through the Bavaria Filmstadt.
A film will be made with professional workshop leaders. All important stations of a film production are passed through. The participants experience at first hand how much work and teamwork it takes, but also how much fun it is to realize such a project. The result is a short film with a running time of around 4 to 7 minutes. After arrival, it begins with the script development, the distribution of tasks and roles. Then the shooting takes place. After a lunch break, the participants are guided through Bavaria Filmstadt. Meanwhile, the workshop leaders edit the film. At the end, the premiere of the finished film takes place.
The offer is intended for 11 to 16 year olds and costs €25. The price includes the bus ride, admission, guided tour, film workshop and supervision.
