ADCADA.Healthcare GmbH (62 IN 392/20) is not yet insolvent. Their insolvency proceedings are currently only temporarily.
II. At the Princely Regional Court in Ruggell / Lichtenstein there have been the following ADCADA insolvencies since December 10th, 2020

Trial room 6 at the Princely Regional Court, Spaniagasse 1, 9490 Vaduz, is set up. The creditors have to bring the evidence to substantiate their claims with them, unless they were already included in the registration of claims. All further publications regarding this bankruptcy procedure will be made in the Official Journal.
