In particular, the successful bidder was evaluated as absurd by proposing a bid rate of 116% in the Sinbul area, which has an 18-hole sky course.
It is a proposal to pay 23.2 billion won in rent if sales of 20 billion won are generated.
It should be emphasized that if you fix 10 billion won, which represent about 50% of the turnover, for labor and operating expenses, the structure is unsustainable as it involves a loss of 13.2 billion won per year.
In the end, it is clear that the successful tenderer will not be operating in the Shinbul region under the pretext of repairing golf courses.
