Unlike most public health centers, where vaccinations are not given on weekends, some nursing homes have vaccinations.

This nursing hospital where I am in is offering vaccinations today.

Thirteen people, including hospital workers, are vaccinated, and yesterday, 60 have already been vaccinated.

Most public health centers do not offer vaccination during this holiday season.

However, like this hospital, some nursing hospitals still offer vaccinations today.

About 3,700 people are eligible for the primary vaccination in Gongju City, South Chungcheong Province.

38 hospitals, residents and workers under the age of 65 in high-risk facilities such as nursing hospitals and facilities.

On weekends, only this nursing hospital is vaccinated, but full-fledged vaccination is expected to take place after the end of this holiday.

15,000 people are eligible for the primary vaccination in Chungnam, including Gongju.

Among them, 14,950 people agreed to vaccination, and the consent rate was 96%.

Nursing hospitals conduct their own vaccinations using medical personnel in the hospital, and nursing facilities visit public health centers or receive vaccinations using a visiting vaccination team.

Chungnam secured a manpower of 151 including 31 doctors, 59 nurses, and 61 administrative personnel for vaccination at nursing hospitals and facilities, and formed a visiting vaccination team of 24 teams.

In preparation for an unforeseen situation, we plan to form a manpower pool through cooperation with the medical association and the nurses’ association, and ask the central government to cooperate with the insufficient manpower.

As of today, it has entered the second day of vaccination, but full-fledged vaccination is expected to begin on the 2nd of the month following the end of this holiday.
