Yesterday, 312 people were infected in 14 cities and provinces nationwide excluding the metropolitan area.
Of these, Busan was the largest with 55.
Daegu and Ulsan added 43, and Gyeongnam added 34.
Sporadic group infections and chain infections are continuing.
Among them, six more people were infected in Ulsan related to Intercorp, a Christian missionary organization.
To date, the cumulative number of confirmed cases directly or indirectly related to Intercorp has increased to 83.
Intercorp Ulsan Branch held a missionary event on the 19th of last month.
Participants returned to their own church and held worship services and meetings, spreading to 9 churches in Ulsan.
The quarantine authorities are looking for a connection between Intercorp and the BTJ Community Center, a missionary facility in Sangju, Gyeongbuk.
It is believed that 4 people related to Ulsan Intercorp have visited the BTJ World Center.
At a religious facility in Sangju, Gyeongbuk, on the 27th and 28th of last month, over two days, 500 people participated.
Through the people who went to the event, confirmed cases have also appeared in Busan, Gwangju, and Daejeon.
In particular, in Daejeon, more than 70 confirmed cases were found in 8 churches through additional infection.

In Gwangju, 17 confirmed cases were added yesterday.
Six of these were infections related to the doctor’s athletic club.
To date, the cumulative number of confirmed cases related to this club has increased to 21.
Among these, there are 10 doctors, 1 nurse, and 10 family members and acquaintances.
In this regard, there are six hospitals in Gwangju and Jeonnam, including Chonnam National University Hospital.
In Chungbuk, there were 22 confirmed patients a day yesterday.
In-hospital quarantine infection continues.
At Jincheon Doeun Hospital, the 5th full test was performed on isolated patients and workers.
Previously, 13 patients were confirmed in a pile, followed by 10 additional confirmed cases that were classified as targets for reexamination.
