President Yoon’s defense attorney received a disciplinary decision from the Ministry of Justice at around 5:20 pm on the same day, and at 8:40 pm, he received a government personnel issuance notice containing an order for disciplinary disposition after President Moon’s home is reviewed. Yoon’s side is expected to file a lawsuit for canceling the disciplinary action and a suspension of execution that suspends the effect of suspension. During the proceedings, the Constitutional Court’s decision to suspend the validity of the prosecution and disciplinary law is also awaited.
