The Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office said it had executed a seizure and search warrant for the Seocho-seo office.

First of all, the prosecution is expected to secure documents and evidence at the time of the investigation of Lee’s assault case last November.
In addition, as the controversy over investigating the caregiver has expanded, it is expected to confirm to what extent the report was made about the existence of the black box video.
Earlier in November of last year, investigator A of the Seocho Police Department’s Detective Division reported that he did not report to the upper line after seeing the black box video at the time of the assault by Deputy Minister Lee.
Deputy Minister Lee was also accused of destroying evidence by meeting a taxi driver at the time and requesting that the black box be erased after checking the video.
Since then, the case of the Vice Minister’s Criminal Criminal Weighted Penalty Act has ended the internal investigation as charges of general assault, not driver assault, were applied.
The police said they were sorry to the people, but explained that the fact that investigator A at the time checked the black box video was not reported until recently.
Currently, Investigator A is being placed on standby to the Seocho Police Department, and is being inspected by the Seoul Police Agency.
As the prosecutors go to seizure and search at the Seocho Police Station today, the investigation is expected to proceed in earnest on the suspicion of the teacher Lee’s destruction of evidence and the controversy in the police’s caring investigation.
