It is said that they admitted their charges as first-year students attending middle schools in Uijeongbu.
Yesterday an investigation into one victim was also conducted.
It’s an elderly woman in her 70s who strangled her throat and fell to the floor in a video spread online.
It is reported that the victim woman expressed her intention to want punishment for the perpetrator in a police investigation.
In another video, the police are also identifying the identities of junior high school students and men who have been controversial in the elderly seats.

This is a “promotional boy” who is a minor under the age of 14 and is not subject to criminal prosecution and cannot be punished.
Instead, it is expected to be sent to the juveniles department of the court and receive protective measures such as social service, probation, and consignment of shelters according to the judgment.
Previously, online videos were controversial as middle school students assaulted an elderly woman on a light railroad or a man sitting in the seat of the elderly and an argument with a controversy spread.
