Yes, it was on the 12th that the first confirmed patient came out at Soonchunhyang University Seoul Hospital.
Two hospitalized patients were tested positive for Corona 19, and related confirmed cases have continued through further transmission.
Until midnight yesterday (19th), the cumulative number of confirmed cases was 201 nationwide.
Of these, only 163 confirmed cases in the Seoul area.
When looking at the composition of confirmed cases, there are various types of patients, nurses, caregivers, and guardians.
Outpatient treatment at this hospital was stopped until tomorrow due to concerns about the spread of further infections.
The quarantine authorities have conducted diagnostic tests on 5,800 people, including contacts.
Of these, over 5,400 were tested negative.
However, the number of confirmed cases may increase further because some people have not yet obtained test results.
Since yesterday, the hospital has been strengthening infection control by disinfecting the entire building and relocating inpatients.
The outpatient treatment that was stopped from 2 pm yesterday is a plan to resume at 8 am on Monday.
Some wards currently in quarantine in the same group and outpatient visits will not overlap.
In order to block infections at medical institutions, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is urged to refrain from visiting hospitals and visiting hospitals, and in case of inpatients, only one guardian should be accompanied.
