The United Nations’ Covenant on Civil and Political Rights’ also stipulates that freedom of expression may be restricted by law or to respect the rights of others, to protect national security or public order (Article 19).
The criticism that the anti-North Korean wartime ban law ignores North Korean human rights is also far from the truth. It is a claim that neglects reality or looks at only one side.

The controversy over the North Korean warfare needs to be viewed from the point of view of the station before talking about freedom and human rights.
While the two Koreas have agreed to improve relations through summit meetings, it is difficult to allow one-sided slander, even if it is a private act.
