There was a lot of snowfall in Seoul yesterday, causing confusion in the traffic.

In downtown Seoul, the day before work, roads were paralyzed the day before, when a lot of eyes were concentrated around 10cm, citizens suffered great inconvenience.
The city of Seoul was criticized for responding to the delay by raising the snow removal operation to the second stage at 7:20 after a lot of snowfall.
The problem arose when the Seoul Metropolitan Government explained that the reason for the delay in snow removal was because the Meteorological Administration did not provide a proper forecast.
When I checked the actual forecast, it was predicted up to 10cm heavy snowfall in the metropolitan area from 11 am on the day, and a heavy snow warning was announced at 5 pm.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government, which blamed the Meteorological Administration for the traffic disruption, but rather criticized it, revised the previously reported claims.
