The cold weather continues this morning as in midwinter.
A biting cold wave below -10 degrees is rising.
As the temperature in Seoul has dropped to -11 degrees below zero, the air is as cold as yesterday.
From the daytime, the cold will ease for a while.
The daytime temperature in Seoul will be 1 degrees below zero, 3 degrees higher than yesterday.
While’cold wave warnings’ were still issued in central, Gyeongbuk, and Jecheon, the current temperature in Jecheon, Chungbuk has dropped to -19.9 degrees Celsius.
It is 18.2 degrees below zero in Cheorwon, Gangwon-do, and 16.7 degrees below zero in Bonghwa, Gyeongbuk.
The cold will gradually ease from daytime.
Seoul will be 1 degree below zero and 4 degrees in Gwangju and Daegu 3~4 degrees higher than yesterday.
The cold will slow down until tomorrow morning, but cold air will flow in again from the afternoon.
On weekends, a strong cold of around -10 degrees Celsius is expected to come.
Today, the inland will be generally sunny, but it will rain and snow more on the west coast of Honam until morning and until the day on Jeju Island.
Up to 3cm of snow will fall and accumulate in Seoul, northern Gyeonggi and northern Yeongseo overnight.
The atmosphere is very dry in the metropolitan area, where the construction warning is in effect, Yeongdong, Gangwon, Yeongnam and eastern Jeollanam-do.
There is not enough snow and rain news for the time being, so the dryness will get worse.
