Yes, it snowed less than 1cm in Seoul today.
Now, all snow has stopped and the sky is clear.
However, as cold air enters behind the snow cloud, a strong wind blows.
Currently, the temperature in Seoul has dropped to -1 degrees and the perceived temperature has dropped to -6 degrees.
Although the amount of snow falls is small, it seems that the snow on the way home from work will freeze and form an ice sheet in the subzero cold, so you need to be careful about traffic safety and sliding accidents.

Today, 17.3cm of snow accumulated in the mountains of Hongcheon, Gangwon-do, 13.4cm of Sunchang, and 6.3cm of Guseong-dong, Daejeon.
