With the COVID-19 mutant virus spreading to 70 countries around the world, governments such as France and Germany are raising barriers to entry one after another.
Amidst this, there are even dark prospects that the mutant virus could prolong the time to end Corona 19.

As the sense of crisis increased with the spread of the COVID-19 mutant virus, France closed its borders again in countries other than EU member states of the European Union from 0 o’clock on Sunday the 31st.
Even in EU member states, when entering France, it is necessary to test for COVID-19.
Germany also banned entry from countries where the mutant virus has spread for 19 days from Saturday the 30th.
Countries with a large number of mutant viruses, such as the UK, South Africa, Brazil, and Portugal, are targeted.

The Danish government has extended the blockade until the 28th of next month, saying the number of infected mutant viruses from the UK is increasing.
Norway, Finland, and Sweden have also tightened entry limits.
Globally, mutant viruses originating in the UK have spread to more than 70 countries, and mutant viruses in South Africa have been identified in 31 countries.
There are even situations in which patients who have already been infected with Corona 19 and have been cured are becoming infected with the mutant virus again.

The Washington Post in the United States predicted that the end of Corona 19 could be delayed than originally expected, citing the US National Institutes of Health President’s statement that the situation would be a real concern if the mutant virus appears a couple more times.
