President Moon Jae-in said he had not been successful in stabilizing the market in relation to the real estate market uncertainty, and he foretold special measures.
While showing confidence that a supply measure that exceeds market expectations will come out, he said it will maintain its anti-speculation stance.

Regarding the real estate issue from the first inquiry, President Moon Jae-in first admitted that it was not successful in stabilizing the market.
It is explained that the supply of housing has been increased more than the previous government, so if we block real estate speculation well, the supply will be sufficient.

The reason for the uncertainty in the real estate market was a surge in the number of households in addition to the abundant liquidity in the market.
It is far exceeding the government’s expectations, and the number of 610,000 households increased last year, and supply ran more than demand.
Accordingly, it has announced that it will come up with special measures that exceed market expectations in the supply measures to be announced before the Lunar New Year.

The government is spurring the supply of small and medium-sized housing for one or two households, and this measure is also expected to put weight on the supply of small and medium-sized housing in the station area.
President Moon said he will maintain the existing speculative deterrence policy, which is interpreted as drawing a line in the middle and easing of the capital gains tax for multi-homed people.
Along with this, he also announced that the cheonsei crisis could intensify ahead of the spring moving season.
