YOUR MISSION IF YOU ACCEPT IT!
Reporting to the Director of the Campus, you are in charge of:
Reception management:
– Ensure the physical reception of students, speakers and collaborators.
– Inform and guide students and stakeholders.
– Provide telephone reception and manage the switchboard.
Administrative management :
– Ensure the reception and sorting of mail.
– Manage the distribution of room equipment (USB cable, remote controls, Polycom …).
– Provide the reception secretariat.
– Manage stocks of supplies.
– Access management for employees.
Center management:
– Order of jury lunches.
– Communicate, monitor and arbitrate with the head of the establishment on the planning of the rooms.
– Monitor the use of service vehicles.
– Participate in the organization of campus life.
