“Create an environment favorable to Chinese power generation”
Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized the dangers faced by China, referring to the’Gray Rhino’ and’Black Swan’.
According to China’s state-run China Central (CC) TV, Xi said in a group study by the Central Political Bureau of the Communist Party on the 28th of last month, “we must predict various risks and challenges well and prepare well for various gray rhino and black swan incidents.” The gray rhino represents a risk that can be expected but easily overlooked, while the black swan represents a risk of being shocked once it occurs, although it is unlikely to occur.
