To make the creamy apple and jam pie, you will need:
- 2 mele;
- 3 eggs;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 280 g of flour type 00;
- 80 g of seed oil;
- 50 ml of milk;
- cherry jam to taste;
- powdered sugar to taste;
- grated zest and juice of 1 lemon.
Procedure
First, wash the lemon well and grate the zest. Then, extract the juice and leave it aside. Next, peel and thinly slice the apples and dip them in the lemon juice.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained. At this point, add the lemon zest, then drizzle the oil. Mix and add the sifted flour a little at a time. Alternate the flour with the milk, always added flush. Finally, also add the yeast, always sifted.
Stir again carefully and then add one half of the apple slices. Be careful to drain them well before adding them to the mixture.
