Speed ​​of infections and deaths from Covid-19 decreases: López-Gatell

At the evening press conference to publicize the progress of the Covid-19 pandemic, the official compared the number of new cases and deaths per day with the mathematical models that were developed to calculate how the epidemic would have progressed without the measures of social distancing, and how the epidemic progressed in other countries.

“The epidemic is slowing down. The epidemic is clearly seen to be slowing down. Just today we are in the second half of June,” the official said.
