The pre-sale price of the’Raemian One Bailey’ apartment, which integrates and reconstructs Sinbanpo 3 Cha and Gyeongnam apartments in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, was decided at 56.69 million won per 3.3m², the highest ever.
