‘Shinbanpo 3rd-Gyeongnam’ reconstruction sales price of 56.69 million won per 3.3㎡… Highest price update

The pre-sale price of the’Raemian One Bailey’ apartment, which integrates and reconstructs Sinbanpo 3 Cha and Gyeongnam apartments in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, was decided at 56.69 million won per 3.3m², the highest ever. According to the housing industry on the 8th, Seocho-gu, Seoul, held the third pre-sale price review committee to approve the general pre-sale price of Raemian One Bailey at KRW 56,688,349 per 3.3 m², and informed the union on that day.

This sale price is 8.2 million won higher than the sale price of’Le El Sinbanpo Central’ (48.49 million won per 3.3m²), which was the highest price in the past. Last year, when the Housing and Urban Assurance Corporation (HUG) reflected the screening criteria for high pre-sale areas, the pre-sale price of One Bailey was 48.91 million won, but the pre-sale price increased further as the recently increased land cost was reflected. One Bailey constructed by Samsung C&T is a total of 2990 units, and 224 units minus the share of members will be sold in general around March.
