Natalia Nitek-Płażyńska is a psychologist, professionally involved in project management. Privately, she is the wife of an MP PiS Kacper Płażyński. In 2015-2016, a woman worked in Pomerania for a German entrepreneur, Hans G. Nitek-Płażyńska, brought a lawsuit against the man in connection with his statements about Poles.
“I would kill all Poles! I wouldn’t have a problem with that!”, “I hate Poles, not that I don’t like them, I hate them. They are all bullies and idiots. Africa is better. You’re g … m”, “Yes , I am! I am a Nazi! It is this country’s fault that I am like that! ” – it was all recorded by Natalia Nitek-Płażyńska on the recording. Hans G. was also supposed to joke that the best perfume for Poles was Zyklon B, and he made gestures of shooting towards his employees.
The court sentenced the man to a fine of PLN 50,000. PLN, which German was to make a contribution to the museum in Piaśnica. However, Hans G. appealed against the verdict, arguing that Nitek-Płażyńska violated his personal rights by publishing private content and, he claimed, manipulated conversations.
The court ordered Nitek-Płażyńska to pay PLN 10,000. PLN for WOŚP
The Court of Appeal in Gdańsk changed the lower court judgment. He decided that Nitek-Płażyńska was to apologize to Hans G. for recording him and publishing the recordings, and to pay PLN 10,000. PLN for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity and to cover the costs of legal representation in the amount of approx. PLN. Hans G., on the other hand, had to apologize to the woman in writing and pay 10,000. PLN for the museum in Piaśnica.
Hans G. executed the sentence, while Nitek-Płażyńska announced that he would not do so and filed a cassation appeal with the Supreme Court. The Gdańsk court did not suspend the execution of the sentence until the complaint was examined by the Supreme Court, which means that the woman should execute the sentence.
