As reported, due to the spread of Covid-19, a state of emergency has been declared in the country since November 6, due to which a number of restrictions have been imposed, including on public events and gatherings. The emergency is currently in force until 6 December.

In a live address to the public on Sunday evening, the Prime Minister said that he would encourage his government colleagues to extend the state of emergency imposed by Covid-19, as well as to impose stricter restrictions to combat the spread of Covid-19 more effectively.
