LEGISLATIVE: The UDI of Côte-d’Or refuses “extreme right and left”

For the second round, the federation chaired by Pascal Grappin supports Didier Martin, Benoît Bordat, Fadila Khattabi, Hubert Brigand and Didier Paris.

Press release from the UDI Côte-d’Or federation of June 13, 2022:

The UDI 21 takes note of the results of the first round of the legislative elections. This was marked once again by a very significant abstention.

During the next legislature, we will not be able to do without thinking about our institutions and political practice in general if we want to restore interest in democratic debate.

We send a special message to the candidates we have supported:
– Mr. FRANCK AYACHE (UDI)
– M. ADRIEN HUGUET (LR)
– Me VALERIE GRANDET (LR)

– Me LAURENCE PORTE and her alternate Me CATHERINE LOUIS (UDI).
– Me CHARLOTTE FOUGERE (LR)

If the results have not lived up to expectations, we never lose when we have the courage to lead the difficult fight to defend the ideas and values to which we are attached.

For the second round, there remains a constant which is part of the DNA of our movement in the same way as Europe and Decentralization, it is the refusal of the extreme right and left.

This is why we call for a blockage to the extremes (to these ideas) by using next Sunday the only ballot at our disposal to fight them:
– 1st District: Mr. Didier MARTIN
– 2nd District: Mr. Benoit BORDAT
– 3rd District: Me FADILA KHATTABI
– 4th District: Mr. HUBERT BRIGAND
– 5th District: Mr. Didier PARIS
