Recently, a complex sold in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul recorded a competition rate of 198 to 1 for first-place subscriptions, heating up the frozen real estate market.

It is said that the news of the sale of a complex with a double station influence area in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul is drawing attention from consumers.

The pre-sale price ranges from 649 to 770 million won for 59㎡ and 820 to 970 million won for 84㎡.

Of the 607 households with an exclusive area of ​​59㎡, 320 households are special supplies. 122 households for newlyweds and 60 households for the first time in life are supplied.

The 59㎡ type is divided into a 3-bay plate structure and a tower type. Instead of removing the dressing room, the size of the bedroom has been increased.

An air cleaning system is also provided on the window frame when the balcony is extended.
