Parts of the desert kingdom of Saudi Arabia are experiencing snowfall – and internet users are rushing online to document it. From photos to videos, from Twitter to Facebook, and from Instagram to Snapchat, there is a minute-by-minute feed of how the local people experience the snowfall.
The snow, although rare in Saudi Arabia, is more common in Tabuk, in northwestern Saudi Arabia and near the border with Jordan, where snowfalls are recorded every three to four years.
