Ubisoft today unveiled Ubisoft Connect, which will allow players of the French corporation to seamlessly switch between platforms and enjoy the game on different devices. The company officially supports cross-progression and cross-play.

Ubisoft decided to combine Ubisoft Club with Uplay and introduced Ubisoft Connect. It is the French studio’s “gaming ecosystem for all games”. In simple words, the corporation wants customers to be able to use one environment and get the most out of it.
Ubisoft Connect will offer access to statistics and rankings, but the developers have not moved the gratification system, so they decided to give out all the gifts to players. Those interested can claim over 1,000 rewards across all titles that previously operated the system.
However, this is just the beginning because Ubisoft’s new proposal will ensure cross-progression in all new titles – players can easily switch between devices (consoles + PC) and always have to be sure that they get access to their game records or accounts with achieved levels.
In the next premieres, we will use cross-progression (Hyper Scape, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Riders Republic) and it will be a standard in Ubisoft games. The French also promise cross-play in the most important positions, but in this case we did not receive any particulars.
