In Mārupe, on the quiet Bebru Street, on October 5, the surrounding peace was disturbed by a Volvo driver, who noticed that his SUV was overturned on the roof, which is why traffic was temporarily blocked in the respective place, reports the program “Degpunkta”.
In the residential sector in Mārupe, Bebru Street, between Kurmāles and Krones Streets, pavement restoration works are currently underway and some asphalt has been milled. Unfortunately, at 5 noon on October 5, this factor played a bad joke with a Volvo vehicle owner, namely that the driver had not chosen a safe speed, and when he had to brake, he dropped the car off the road, caught a tree and overturned on the roof.
A Volvo passenger confirms that the car was removed from the pavement. “The car was dropped on that hole, it crashed into a tree,” indicating that the car was just driving straight. Thank God for the health of everyone in the vehicle, everything is fine. Passengers don’t even scratch.
Rescuers, who arrived at the scene at the call of the police to help deal with the consequences of the accident, overturned the messed-up car back on wheels and freed up traffic on the road.

The Volvo driver himself did not want to talk about the circumstances of the accident in front of the camera, but behind the scenes he revealed that the vehicle had new all-season tires fitted at the end of last week, but even they did not help to control the car. Another news, which certainly does not please the owner, was that the vehicle did not have CASCO insurance.
