KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Dileep Srivastava, Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (EARTH) explained, President Commissioner Nalin Rathod and Commissioner Eddie Soebari left their positions. His position was replaced by Rosan Roeslani.
Rosan also serves as an independent commissioner. This adds to the length of the Bakrie Group companies that he will oversee after previously Rosan was appointed as president commissioner of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA).
The EGMS also agreed to assign another member of the Bakrie Family, namely Andika Nugraha Bakrie, who accompanied Nalin Rathod as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BUMI.

In addition, Ashok Mitra serves as BUMI’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). Ido Hutabarat serves as BUMI’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). “The rest, there is no change,” Dileep added, Wednesday (16/9).
There is news that one of the directors of BUMI is undergoing treatment because he is suspected of having cancer. This condition is one of the reasons BUMI has overhauled its board of directors. However, Dileep was not yet willing to confirm this
