In Anglet (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), the new Soleia residence was inaugurated in early September 2023 by a delegation of elected officials led by Claude Olive, the town’s mayor. This real estate complex is located on Avenue d’Espagne and has nearly thirty apartments ranging from T2 to T4, with balconies. These homes were delivered with around forty parking spaces and two offices. The development work on this residence was undertaken by the real estate developer In’Sitom, a private player established in Anglet.
The apartments were allocated to their tenants during the first quarter, and part was sold for sale in the future state of completion to the public housing office of Pyrénées-Atlantiques. The creation of these housing units aims to respond to the increase in demand in the municipality. Indeed, in the Basque Country Urban Community and in the Pau Béarn Pyrénées conurbation, the annual needs would amount to more than 300 housing units.
